He is a Certified Practicing Accountant (Fellow Member of CPA Australia, holder of a CPA Public Practising Certificate), Registered Tax Agent and a registered agent (company) with ASIC. After starting his career in Public Accounting specialising in Taxation, Chris spent many years in the Corporate environment where he held senior executive positions in the Finance and Administration area. Chris has worked for many overseas companies such as Courtaulds Hilton Ltd (English), Beatrice Foods Inc (USA) L’Oreal Australia Pty Ltd. (French). He has acted as CFO and Company Secretary for Red Tulip Chocolates Pty Ltd and L’Oreal Australia Pty Ltd. Chris has also acted as a member of the Board of Directors for organisations such as L’Oreal Australia Pty Ltd, Maybelline NY Pty Ltd, Redken Australia Pty Ltd, ACCORD Australia Incorporated and the Cancer Patients Foundation Ltd.

Prior to specialising in Public Accounting Ed started his career in the corporate sector working mainly for FMCG companies such as Courtaulds Hilton and Cadbury Schweppes Ltd and Pioneer Concrete Services Ltd.
